Bank robber-king in court again

Düsseldorf / Bielefeld - New process against the "King of the bank robber."
The Düsseldorf felons January Zocha must be due to the attempted kidnapping of two prison guards responsible for starting the Wednesday before the District Court of Bielefeld.

Then he tried to beat the guards by beating with a chair leg into his cell. Zocha slid it out on the puddle of water caused by him. During the melee one of the secretly exploded improvised explosive devices. Zocha was slightly hurt by this.
 The "King of the bank robbers" sits on a twelve-year sentence. In the years 2002 and 2003 he had attacked 14 banks and was noticed because of his appearance in his polite raids as a "gentleman gangster".
Zocha has a very high IQ of 135, speaks six languages. He has a number of relevant criminal history, sits more than 16 years behind bars, now has three breakout attempts. Recent him the Düsseldorf Regional Court in 2005 had sentenced.
For the new process of three days of negotiations are scheduled. Zochas lawyer makes the "inhumane solitary confinement" for the attempt to escape responsibility.
